"This year we received the most applications since we began the scholarship program. Applicants submitted a written application with a narrative and then finalists were selected for in-person interviews. The caliber of applications is commendable and we are proud to be able to honor these individuals with outstanding potential. Members of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® are excited to be able to support the future of our community through recognition of these graduates," said Jeremy Pittman, Chair of the WCAR Scholarship Committee.

The recipients will be honored at a reception on Thursday, June 5, 2008 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the WCAR office. WCAR members, the recipients, their families, guidance counselors and principals will be in attendance. WCAR members contribute to the scholarship fund and have been proud to award scholarships to promising students for over a decade.
